Declare invalid the order of Committee on archives and clerical work of the Republic of Belarus of July 3, 1996 No. 21 "About approval of the Instruction about the mode of access to the documents containing the data relating to the mystery of private life of citizens" (The bulletin of normative legal information, 1996, No. 11).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
