1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 10.04.2017 No. 196

2. Form the State unitary enterprise "Directorate of the free economic zone Angren (further - Directorate of SEZ "Angren") 8 units numbering managerial personnel and structure according to appendix No. 3.

Provide to Republican council on coordination of activities of administrative boards of free economic zones and small industrial zones - the right to make changes to structure and number of Directorate of SEZ "Angren" in process of increase in number of the projects realized in the territory of SEZ "Angren".

3. Determine that Directorate of SEZ "Angren":

it is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

contains by budget funds of SEZ "Angren";

performs registration of participants of SEZ "Angren" according to the made decisions of Administrative board of special economic zones and small industrial zones of the Tashkent region (further - Administrative board);

signs with investors investment agreements in the territory of SEZ "Angren", agreements with participants of SEZ "Angren" on realization of state-owned property on zero redemption value according to decisions of Administrative board;

exercises control of proper accomplishment by investors of the assumed liabilities with the subsequent representation of its results to Administrative board;

performs other functions on operational management by activities of SEZ "Angren".
