1. Approve Changes to the Procedure for registration and issue by diplomatic representations and consular establishments of Ukraine for the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad approved by the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of January 09, 2006 No. 1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 26, 2006 for No. 66/11940, which are applied.

2. Requirements of Chapter 5 of this Procedure extend to diplomatic representations and consular establishments of Ukraine in which the State information system of registration accounting of physical persons and their documentation is put into operation.
