Some questions of implementation of export transactions with scrap metal

According to articles 9 and 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About scrap metal" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve limiting export volumes of scrap of ferrous metals in 2012 at the level of 900 thousand tons.

2. Determine that the customs clearance of export of scrap metal is performed based on paper copy of card of registratsiiuchet of the external economic contract (contract) for implementation of export transactions with scrap metal or its copy in electronic form.

3. Bring in the Order of registration of the external economic contracts (contracts) for implementation of export transactions with scrap metal approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 15, 2002 No. 155 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 8, the Art. 341, No. 45, Art. 2069; 2008, No. 39, Art. 1299; 2011, No. 61, the Art. 2435), changes which are applied.

4. Provide to the Ministry of economic development and trade within two months representation of cards of registration accounting to the State Customs Service of the external economic contracts (contracts) for implementation of export transactions with scrap metal in electronic form.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
