Bring in the Regulations on procedure for free and preferential providing with medicines and dressings of separate categories of citizens approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2007 No. 1650 "About some questions of free and preferential providing with medicines and dressings of separate categories of citizens" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 303, 5/26369; 2010, No. 224, 5/32478), following amendments and changes:

1.1. Item 1 after the words "90 percent" and "(, 2007, No. 147, 2/1336)" to add the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus respectively with the words "or 50 percent" and "and Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 22, 2012 No. 139 " about preferential ensuring separate categories of citizens with medicines " (the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 36, 1/13396)";

1.2. add Item 2 with part three of the following content:

"To children under three years in the presence of medical indications medicines are written out by doctors of the organizations of health care financed from the budget.";

1.3. to add Item 3 after the words "90 percent" and "dressings" respectively with the words "or 50 percent" and "on favorable terms, including it is free";

1.4. in parts three and heel of item 4 of the word "or with payment of 10 percent" shall be replaced with words "or with payment of 10 percent or 50 percent";

1.5. to be reworded as follows appendices 1 and 2 to this Provision (are applied).
