1. Approve:

1.1. Procedure for decision making about transfer to lease or concession of objects of fuel and energy complex which is applied.

1.2. Requirements to efficiency analysis and the feasibility statement on transfer to lease or concession of objects of fuel and energy complex which are attached.

2. To the Property Relations Department and managements of corporate laws (Dudka L. O.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Popovic I. M.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
