Based on the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2011 "About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning departure from the Republic of Belarus and entry into the Republic of Belarus" and Item 7 of the Regulations on databank on citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the right on which departure from the Republic of Belarus is temporarily limited, No. 643 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2007 "About simplification of procedure for departure from the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for representation by courts for the subsequent entering into databank about citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the right on which departure from the Republic of Belarus is temporarily limited, the information about citizens of the Republic of Belarus on which the decision on temporary restriction of the right to departure from the Republic of Belarus, on removal of temporary restriction of the right to departure from the Republic of Belarus, on permission of departure from the Republic of Belarus for certain term is made.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

2. Submission of data in databank on citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the right on which departure from the Republic of Belarus is temporarily limited, about the made decisions on temporary restriction of the right of citizens to departure from the Republic of Belarus, on removal of temporary restriction of the right of citizens to departure from the Republic of Belarus, on permission to citizens of departure from the Republic of Belarus for certain term is made based on the data arriving from:
Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus;
head departments of justice regional, Minsk city executive committees which accumulate the data arriving from economic courts of areas (city of Minsk), the Belarusian military, regional, Minsk city, district (city), intergarrison public courts.
The Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus represent data directly to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.

3. Data on adoption by courts of decisions on temporary restriction of the right of citizens to departure from the Republic of Belarus are represented in form according to appendix 1 to this Instruction.
4. Data on adoption by courts of decisions on removal of temporary restriction of the right of citizens to departure from the Republic of Belarus are represented in form according to appendix 2 to this Instruction.
5. Data on adoption by courts of decisions on permission of departure from the Republic of Belarus for certain term of citizens, the right on which departure from the Republic of Belarus is temporarily limited, are represented in form according to appendix 3 to this Instruction.
6. The Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus no later than one day from decision date send the information about citizens to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus on the established electronic communication channels.
7. Economic courts of areas (city of Minsk), the Belarusian military, regional, Minsk city, district (city), intergarrison military courts no later than 3 hours from the moment of decision making send to head departments of justice regional, Minsk city executive committees information on the made decision for submission of information about the citizen to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus on the established electronic communication channels.
8. Head departments of justice regional, Minsk city executive committees no later than one day from receipt date of data from courts send to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus information on the decision made by courts for submission of information about the citizen on the established electronic communication channels.
9. The direction to citizens of departure from the Republic of Belarus for certain term is performed by court of decisions on permission no later than one day prior to action of the decision on permission of departure from the Republic of Belarus for certain term, at the same time the effective date of the exit visa for certain term and the ends of action of such permission cannot drop out for the weekend, the public holidays and holidays established and announced by the President of the Republic of Belarus non-working.
10. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus receives from head departments of justice regional, Minsk city executive committees, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus of the data and transfers them to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus no later than one day from the date of receipt.
