About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to article 41 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 68 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts which regulate the organization of financial accounting and in connection with the introduction in operation of the Law of Ukraine 17.11.2011 No. 4061-VI "About elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes to the Chart of accounts of financial accounting of banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 17.06.2004 No. 280, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 26.07.2004 for No. 918/9517 (with changes) which are applied.
2. Approve Changes to the Instruction about application of the Chart of accounts of financial accounting of banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 17.06.2004 No. 280, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 26.07.2004 for No. 919/9518 (with changes) which are applied.
