1. Approve enclosed:
1) Ceased to be valid
2) changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The licenses for the right of implementation of activities for real estate appraisal granted according to the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 15, 1997 N 1262, are subject to renewal.
3. The activities for property assessment performed by state bodies according to their competence are not subject to licensing.
4. This resolution becomes effective in thirty days from the date of publication.
