Based on parts four and the ninth Article 16, 18, parts two of Article 19 and part two of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 No. 340-Z "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Article parts five

1. Approve:

the list of products which are subject to the state sanitary and hygienic examination (is attached);

The regulations on procedure and conditions of conducting the state sanitary and hygienic examination of activities of the subject of managing for production of food products (are applied).

2. Determine that:

2.1. the procedure and conditions of carrying out state registration of products constituting potential danger for life and health of the population are determined according to the provision approved by the Ministry of Health;

2.2. the procedure and conditions of suspension, renewal, cancellation of the sanitary and hygienic conclusion are determined by the Ministry of Health;

2.3. the lot of products which arrived in the address to the period of action of the sanitary and hygienic conclusion can be used within terms of its validity irrespective of effective period of such conclusion;

2.4. No. 1072 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 26.12.2016
