1. In the paragraph the second Item 3 of the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of October 28, 2010 No. 487 "About approval of the Technical regulation concerning rules of marking of foodstuff", Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on February 11, 2011 for No. 183/18921 (with changes), the words "placed in the market" shall be replaced with words "made and/or introduced into circulation".
2. Approve Changes to the Technical regulation concerning rules of marking of foodstuff approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of October 28, 2010 No. 487, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 11, 2011 for No. 183/18921 (further - Changes) which are applied.
3. Permit subjects of managing to use the packaging materials and labels executed without the Changes approved by this order within 18 months from the date of its introduction in force.
