Some questions of electronic interaction of executive bodies
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on system of electronic interaction of executive bodies which are applied.
2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations till October 1, 2012 to take measures concerning reduction of own electronic document management systems in compliance with requirements to formats this electronic document management in public authorities for ensuring work with system of electronic interaction of executive bodies.
3. To the state agency concerning electronic control:
1) for the purpose of the organization of implementation of system of electronic interaction of executive bodies to perform actions relatively:
providing structural divisions on clerical work of executive bodies the means of the digital signature and technical means necessary for functioning of the mentioned system;
technical and technological support of processes of creation, departure, transfer, obtaining, storage, processing and use of electronic documents and copies of paper documents in electronic form in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with use of the digital signature;
2) annually till March 31 to give to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine analytical materials concerning functioning of system of electronic interaction of executive bodies.
