About approval of the Inventory which have the right to acquire and sell pharmaceutical institutions and their structural divisions

According to the paragraph to the eleventh subitem 8.7 of the subitem 8 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, and for the purpose of ordering of turnover of goods which have the right to acquire and sell pharmaceutical institutions and their structural divisions, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Inventory which have the right to acquire and sell pharmaceutical institutions and their structural divisions which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of November 26, 2004 No. 577 "About approval of the inventory which have the right to acquire and sell pharmaceutical institutions and their structural divisions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 8, 2004 for No. 1564/10163.

3. To submit to management of development of the pharmaceutical sector of industry of health care the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Bogachyov R. M.

5. The order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
