1. Approve enclosed:
Regulations on licensing of development of the aircraft equipment, including aircraft equipment of dual purpose;
Regulations on licensing of production of the aircraft equipment, including aircraft equipment of dual purpose;
Regulations on licensing of repair of the aircraft equipment, including aircraft equipment of dual purpose;
Regulations on licensing of testing of the aircraft equipment, including aircraft equipment of dual purpose.
2. Determine that the licenses for activities on development, production and testing of the aircraft equipment, including aircraft equipment of dual purpose issued in accordance with the established procedure before adoption of this resolution are valid before the termination of the term provided in them.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 19, 2001 of N205 "About Approval of the Regulations on Licensing of Activities for Development, Production and Testing of the Aircraft Equipment, including Aircraft Equipment of Dual Purpose" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 13, the Art. 1259).
