Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of February 9, 2004 No. 75 "About approval of the Procedure for the organization of regular, irregular and pendular transportations of passengers by road transport in the international message", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2004 for No. 759/9358, to replace with two new Items of such content:
"2. Determine that for consideration of appeals of carriers and decision making about opening, closing, modification of the functioning route, prolongation of action of permission on regular international automobile routes public the commission is formed (further - the Commission) which part representatives of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine and the State inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport are. The structure of the Commission affirms the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
3. To provide to the chairman of the State inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport issue of the corresponding permissions according to the decision of the Commission approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine".
