1. Approve enclosed:
requirements to procedure for forming, updating and use of basic state information resources;
Rules of forming, updating and use of the register of basic state information resources;
changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning use of basic state information resources.
2. Determine:
The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation - authorized body on forming, updating and use of the register of basic state information resources, and also according to form of the register of basic state information resources;
The ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation - the operator of the federal state information system "Single System of Normative Reference Information" providing the automated forming, updating and use of the register of basic state information resources.
3. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation:
a) till December 1, 2012 to approve:
in coordination with the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation form of the register of basic state information resources;
methodical instructions for forming, updating and use of the register of basic state information resources after approval of their project at subcommittee meeting on use of information technologies by provision of the state and municipal services of Government commission in use of information technologies for improvement of quality of life and conditions of conducting business activity;
