1. Approve the List epidemic of significant objects, according to appendix to this order.
2. To committee of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Bekshin Zh. M.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To department of legal service and public procurements of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Amirgaliyev E. R.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation official publication of this order after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bekshin Zh. M.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
