Rules of forming of the oil transportation schedule on trunk oil pipelines

1. General provisions

1. These rules of forming of the oil transportation schedule on trunk oil pipelines (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2012 "About the bulk distribution line" and determine procedure for forming of the oil transportation schedule by trunk oil pipelines.

2. In these rules the following concepts are applied:

1) the sender - person who is the oil producer or person who acquired her on legal causes, or the person authorized by them providing oil for transportation on trunk oil pipeline based on the service provision agreement on oil transportation;
