About approval of Changes to the Procedure for preparation and execution of decisions concerning legalization of associations of citizens and other public forming

According to Item 3 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 395, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to the Procedure for preparation and execution of decisions concerning legalization of associations of citizens and other public forming approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 8, 2011 to No. 1828/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 13, 2011 for No. 855/19593, which are applied.

2. To department of interaction with authorities (Zerkal O. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of interaction with authorities Zerkal O. V.

Changes to the Procedure for preparation and execution of decisions concerning legalization of associations of citizens and other public forming

1. In Items 2, of the 8th word "structural divisions of the territorial authorities of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine providing realization of powers of Ukrgosreestr" in all cases shall be replaced with words "registration services of territorial authorities of Ministry of Justice" in the corresponding cases.

2. In Item 7 of the word "the structural divisions providing realization of powers of Ukrgosreestr" shall be replaced with words "registration services".

3. State Item 11 in such edition:

"11. For the period of temporary absence of the specialist of justice department to whom according to the job description functions concerning legalization of associations of citizens are assigned the conclusion prepares and the chief of the relevant registration service signs.".

5. In Items 18-20 of the word "authorized officers of the legalizing body" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the department director, the head of registration service of territorial authority of Ministry of Justice", in the corresponding cases.

6. State Item 24 in such edition:

"24. About the made decision the letter message signed by the department director, the head of registration service of territorial authority of Ministry of Justice is sent to the applicant.".
