1.1.3. the raising coefficient 3, to rates of the price list No. 10-01 for transportations of grain, timber cargoes, chemicals and soda, cake (011–018, 021, 024, 081, 082, 091–094, 101–103, 121, 122, 451, 454, 461, 462, 464–467, 471–473, 475, 481–489, 491–498, 700, 710–713, 720–726, 730–732, 740–742, 750, 751–758, 542 numbers of line items of ETSNG);
