1. Approve Accreditation criterions of certification bodies and test laboratories (centers) and the requirement to them (further - Criteria) according to appendix to this order.

2. This order becomes effective in accordance with the established procedure, except for Item 3 of Criteria which becomes effective since February 1, 2013.
