About modification of the Regulations on Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation

a) in paragraph five of Item 6 of the word "together with the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Russian Federation and Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation" to exclude;

b) to state the paragraph of the eighth of Item 8 in the following edition:

"creation of reserve for ensuring financial stability of Fund at all levels;";

c) in paragraph six of Item 21 of the word "The Ministry of Labour and social development of the Russian Federation, others" to exclude;

d) in the paragraph the second Item 22 of the word of "Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation";

e) the fourth Item 26 to declare the paragraph invalid.
