1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation.

2. Enter since February 1, 1994 payment of monthly allowances to official pay rates for long service to workers:

central office of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation according to the procedure and on the conditions provided by the Resolution of Council of Ministers - the Governments of the Russian Federation of July 8, 1993 No. 638 "About procedure and conditions of payment of monthly length-of-service allowances for employees of the central bodies of the federal executive authority";

regional and industry departments of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation according to the procedure and on the conditions provided by the Resolution of Council of Ministers - the Governments of the Russian Federation of November 18, 1993 No. 1177 "About payment of monthly allowances to official pay rates for long service to employees of territorial authorities of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Russian Federation".

3. To the Ministry of Labour of the Russian Federation to establish on representation of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation of payment term of work of employees of departments of the specified fund.

4. To perform financing of the expenses connected with implementation of the actions provided by this Resolution by fund of social insurance of the Russian Federation within expense budget on ensuring the current activities and content of management personnel of the specified fund.
