The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation:
a) distribute till December 17, 2012 the amounts of the additional tariff quotas approved by the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 13, 2012 N 217 concerning meat of cattle, fresh or cooled (the FEACN CU code 0201) (further - beef), the refrigerated rolled meat of dunghill hens (the FEACN CU code 0207 14 100 1) (further - meat of hens), the refrigerated rolled meat of turkeys and the refrigerated not rolled parts of carcasses of turkeys (the FEACN CU codes 0207 27 100 1, 0207 27 300 1, 0207 27 400 1, 0207 27 600 1 and 0207 27 700 1) (further - meat of turkeys) and the Boards of the Eurasian economic commission distributed between the third countries the decision of November 27, 2012 N 238 concerning beef and meat of hens, between participants of foreign economic activity, performing import to the territory of the Russian Federation of beef and fowl (the FEACN CU code 0207) (further - bird) in 2011 according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption, in proportion to the amounts of beef and bird imported in 2009 - 2011 according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption, except for the beef and bird occurring and imported from the State Parties of the CIS, and also the beef classified in 2009 according to the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity in subsubline item 0201 30 000 3 and in 2010 - 2011 in subsubline item 0201 30 000 5;
b) determine procedure of payments of amounts of the additional tariff quotas provided by the decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission specified in the subitem "an" of this Item concerning beef, meat of hens and meat of turkeys for the purpose of their distribution between participants of foreign economic activity;
