The minimum general requirements on health protection and safety when using by workers of the working equipment on workplace (according to appendix No. 1);
The minimum requirements on health protection and the safety applied to the working equipment (according to appendix No. 2);
The minimum additional requirements on health protection and safety when using by workers of the working equipment on workplace (according to appendix No. 3).
2. In this Resolution the following determinations are applied:
use of the working equipment - any activities relating to the working equipment (start, stop, operation, transportation, repair, modifying, servicing, including cleaning, etc.);
the affected worker - any worker who is in the danger area in parts or in full;
the operator - the worker to whom use of the working equipment is entrusted;
the danger area - any zone in structure or near the working equipment which can create risk for safety and health of the affected worker.
