1. These rules of operation of trunk oil pipelines are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 22, 2012 "About the bulk distribution line" and establish method of operation of trunk oil pipelines owners of the trunk oil pipelines and their objects operating, being on preservation and liquidated, and also the operators who are not owners, the physical persons and legal entities which are carrying out works on objects of trunk oil pipelines.
2. In these rules it is used the following basic concepts:
1) accident - destruction of the buildings, constructions and (or) technical devices used on hazardous production facility, uncontrollable explosion and (or) emission of dangerous substances;
