These rules of the organization of protection of bulk distribution lines (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 5) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2012 "About the bulk distribution line" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for the organization of protection of bulk distribution lines.
2. The basic concepts applied in these rules:
1) the protected object - the property (the building, structure, construction, the parcel of land, the residential or non-residential premise, other property) entering single production and technological complex of the bulk distribution line which is under protection;
