About approval of the Regulations on the certificate on return

Based on part (1-1) articles 1 of the Law on departure from the Republic of Moldova and entry into the Republic of Moldova No. 269-XIII of November 9, 1994 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 6, the Art. 54), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also for the purpose of regulation of procedures of issue of the certificate on return to citizens of the Republic of Moldova and to foreigners who have permission to stay in the Republic of Moldova DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on the certificate on return it (is applied).

2. Determine that the travel documents on return issued before entry into force of this Resolution are valid before the expiration of the terms specified in them.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration to inform competent authorities of foreign countries on introduction of the certificate on return of new type.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.

5. This Resolution becomes effective on March 1, 2013.
