Approve the enclosed Rules of accession of information systems of the organizations to the infrastructure providing information and technological interaction of the information systems used for provision of the state and municipal services and execution of the state and municipal functions electronically.

2. Item 1 of the Regulations on the infrastructure providing information and technological interaction of the information systems used for the provision of the state and municipal services electronically approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 8, 2011 No. 451 "About the infrastructure providing information and technological interaction of the information systems used for provision of the state and municipal services electronically" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 24, Art. 3503; No. 44, Art. 6274; No. 49, Art. 7284; 2012, No. 39, of the Art. 5269), after the words "participating in provision of the state and municipal services" to add with words ", information systems of other organizations when need of information exchange of these organizations with bodies and the organizations is provided by the Federal Laws, acts of the President of the Russian Federation or acts of the Government of the Russian Federation".
