1. Approve the Procedure for recognition of the status of All-Ukrainian self-regulatory organization of arbitration managers which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the introduction in operation of the Law of Ukraine of December 22, 2011 No. 4212-VI "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About recovery of solvency of the debtor or recognition by his bankrupt".
