2. Reorganize public institutions - territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
3. Determine that financing of the public institutions specified in appendices 1, 2 to this resolution is performed for the account and within the means provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the republican budget.
4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 25, the Art. 311) the following changes:
