1. To exclude Item 1.7 of the Section I of the Method of calculation of rates for services of passenger road transport approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of November 17, 2009 No. 1175, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on November 27, 2009 for No. 1146/17162,.

2. To submit to department of road transport this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Efimenko K. O.
