b) the extreme number of employees of territorial authorities of Federal Agency for Supplies of Arms, Military and Special Equipment and Materiel - in number of 108 units (without personnel on protection and servicing of buildings), since January 1, 2014 - in number of 96 units (without personnel on protection and servicing of buildings).".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
