2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2011 No. 268 "About payment of one-time remuneration to women which gives honorary title of Ukraine "Mother heroine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 20, of the Art. 845, No. 56, of the Art. 2242, No. 99, of Art. 3613; 2012, No. 13, Art. 476):
