According to Articles 15, 55 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of safety and banking system stability of Board of National Bank of Ukrainypostanovlyaet:
1. In the paragraph the second Item 6.1 of Chapter 6 of the Regulations on order of registration, licensing, regulation of activities of the sanatsionny bank and supervision of it approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 23, 2011 No. 471, of the word "on correspondent account of bank in National Bank" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 18, 2012 on No. 59/20372, to exclude.
2. Department of normative and methodological ensuring bank regulation and supervision (Ivanenko N. V.), (Novikov V. V.) to submit to Legal department this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
