1. In the Regulations about cash cards approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 62 of 24.02.2005. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova 2005, No. 36-38, of the Art. 124), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 711 of 24.02.2009, 10, appendices No. 1 and 2 to exclude Item.

2. In Regulations about use of systems of remote bank servicing approved by the resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 376 of 15.12.2005 (2006, Art. No. 1-4, 7), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 757 of 4.06.2010 Item 11 and appendix No. 1 to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. In the instruction about the reporting of licensed banks under some currency transactions approved by the resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 11 of 22.01.2009. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 47-48, 178), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 654 of 21.02.2009, to make the following changes and additions:

a) in Item 3 the subitem d) to exclude;

b) in Item 10 syntagma "-d" to replace with syntagma", c";

c) exclude appendix No. 4.
