For the purpose of further enhancement of payment procedure author's and other types of remuneration for works and materials in the field of television and broadcasting the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish rates author's and other types of remuneration for works and materials in the field of television and broadcasting according to appendices 1-9.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on payment procedure author's and other types of remuneration for works and materials in the field of television and broadcasting.

3. Determine that payments author's and other types of remuneration for works and materials in the field of television and the broadcastings performed at the expense of means of the republican budget are made within the planned budgetary appropriations provided on salary payment.

4. Declare invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 1993 No. 868 "About rates and payment procedure author's and other types of remuneration for the edition of works of science, literature and art, art and graphical and photographic works for seal and the materials transmitted on TV and radio" (the joint venture of the Republic of Belarus, 1994, No. 6, the Art. 84);

Regulations on payment procedure author's and other types of remuneration for works and materials in the field of television and broadcasting

CHAPTER 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. In this Provision the payment procedure author's and other types of remuneration for the works and materials created on any kinds of carriers and broadcast on television and radio or broadcast on television and radio on the air and also for the works and materials created by the organizations of television and broadcasting for orders of legal entities and physical persons for holding exhibitions, festivals and other actions is determined (further - the works and materials intended for other purposes).
