About approval of Rules of conducting cash transactions by microcredit institutions and pawnshops

According to Articles 7, 17 and 51 Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About credit unions" and article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About microcredit institutions" the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of conducting cash transactions by credit unions, microcredit institutions and pawnshops (the text is provided in Uzbek).

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
