About modification of Presidential decrees of Ukraine of August 13, 2010 No. 815 and of September 27, 2010 No. 917
1. Make such changes to presidential decrees of Ukraine:
No. 815 "About ensuring control of activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming of" the word "Head department concerning defense policy and activities of law enforcement agencies" shall be replaced with words 1) in Article 2 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 13, 2010 "Head department concerning bezopasnostny and defense policy";
2) in Regulations on the control of the President of Ukraine of activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 27, 2010 No. 917:
a) in item 4:
in paragraph eight of the word "and subordinate territorial authorities" shall be replaced with words "and its territorial authorities";
the ninth to state the paragraph in such edition:
"Administration of the Public special service of transport of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine and the joint groups, groups, separate groups, divisions of protection, bodies of providing, training center, institutions, the companies and organizations which are its part";
b) in Item 5 of the word of "Head department concerning defense policy and activities of law enforcement agencies" shall be replaced with words "Head department concerning bezopasnostny and defense policy".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
