In pursuance of resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 10, 2011 "About measures for further enhancement and increase in efficiency of activities of bodies of the State Customs Service" and of January 29, 2013 N PP-1913 "About measures for further increase in competitiveness of domestic production and strengthening of fight against illegal commodity importation", and also for the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism and increase in efficiency of the carried-out customs examinations, strengthenings of responsibility of staff of bodies of the State Customs Service when carrying out customs control the Cabinet of Ministers decides N PP-1595:
1. Make change and addition to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 4, 2006 N 75 "About approval of the inventory, subject to obligatory customs examination in case of their movement through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan" according to appendix.
2. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
