Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning activities of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 3, 1994 N 1206 "About approval of the Procedure for appointment and payment of monthly compensation payments to separate categories of citizens" (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, N 29, Art. 3035; 2003, N 33, Art. 3269; 2006, N 33, Art. 3633):

a) in paragraphs one and the second Item 2 of the word "Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation" in the corresponding case;

b) in Item 24 of the Procedure for the appointment and payment of monthly compensation payments to separate categories of citizens approved by the specified resolution "The Ministry of Labour and social development of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words words "The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation".

4. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 27, 1995 N 423 "About certificates based on which measures of social support of veterans of military service and veterans of work" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, N 18, are implemented by Art. 1683; 2011, N 18, Art. 2643):
