Approve "Regulations on the state fund of data for hydrometeorology and monitoring of the environment of the Azerbaijan Republic", "The instruction for use and protection of hydrometeorological networks of observation", "The instruction about registration of data on hydrometeorology and monitoring of the environment and about issue of certificates on their source" (is attached).

2. Determine types (including paid and free) operational and general purpose of data by hydrometeorology and monitoring of the environment (appendices No. No. 1-2).

3. Determine the Procedure for carrying out observations and researches on hydrometeorology and pollution of the environment, accounting of meteorological events (appendix No. 3).

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
