According to article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About scientific and nauchnotekhnichesky activities", article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine", Item 3 of the Regulations on the Public archive agency of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 407, I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on the organization of scientific and scientific and technical activities of the Public archive agency of Ukraine in the field of insurance fund of documentation of Ukraine which are applied.
2. To department of interaction with authorities (Zerkal O. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the Public archive agency of Ukraine Ginzburg O. P.
