About procedure and conditions of creation of structural divisions in state bodies and other state organizations

In pursuance of the paragraph of the fourth subitem 16.1 of Item 16 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 12, 2013 No. 168 "About some measures for optimization of system of state bodies and other state organizations, and also the number of their workers" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. state bodies and other state organizations which employees are government employees (further - state body), within the established number proceeding from conditions and regulations of controllability can be created if other is not established by the President of the Republic of Belarus, structural divisions on:

1.1.1. to levels of management:

the first level of management - structural divisions which heads submit directly to the head of state body or its deputy;

the second level of management - structural divisions which heads submit directly to the head of the structural unit of the first level of management or its deputy;

the third level of management - structural divisions which heads submit directly to the head of the structural unit of the second level of management or its deputy;

1.1.2. to types:

department (fund), committee (fund), head department (land management service), management (land management service), department (the press service, service of the state protocol, land management service), the sector - at the first level of management;

management, department, the sector - at the second level of management;

department, the sector - at the third level of management.
