1. To state paragraph two of item 4 in the following edition:
"construction, reconstruction, repair and cleaning of the main (interregional), interdistrict, intereconomic open collectors and constructions on them, the closed horizontal drainage networks, wells of vertical drainage, meliorative pumping points and the supervisory networks within state programs of meliorative improvement of the irrigated lands";
2. In Item 7:
a) in paragraph three of the word "2008 - 2012" shall be replaced with words "2008 - 2017";
