1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of treasurer servicing of fund of obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case (further - Fund), interactions between bodies of Treasury and Public service of employment (further - Service), its territorial authorities, the companies, organizations and the organizations which belong to the sphere of management of Service.
In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Laws of Ukraine "About employment of the population", "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case", "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" and other acts of the legislation governing the relations in the field of obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case.
