Some questions of servicing of means of funds of obligatory national social insurance
According to the subitem 2 of Item 14 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for treasurer servicing of means of funds of obligatory national social insurance which is applied.
2. Determine that before completion of the actions connected with creation of Social Insurance Fund by merge of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability and Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases, servicing of fund of social insurance on temporary disability and Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases is carried out according to legislation regulations which regulate their activities.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 22, 2013 No. 303 "About approval of the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the transactions connected with use of fund of obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 33, the Art. 1164).
4. Provide to the ministries reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.
