Questions of Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, the compatriots living abroad and on the international humanitarian cooperation

For the purpose of further increase in efficiency of public administration in the field of international cooperation I decide:

1. Approve enclosed:

a) ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 24.01.2023 No. 31

b) the list of the states and cities in them in which territories the organization in 2013 - 2015 of representative offices of Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, the compatriots living abroad and on the international humanitarian cooperation is planned (in coordination with authorities of adoptive state).

2. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 6, 2008 N 1315 "About some questions of public administration in the field of international cooperation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 37, Art. 4181; 2009, N 46, Art. 5463; 2011, N 1, Art. 190; N 43, of Art. 6027; 2012, N 2, Art. 241; N 22, of the Art. 2754) and in Regulations on Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, the compatriots living abroad, and on the international humanitarian cooperation, approved by this Decree, the following changes:

a) in the Decree:

add Item 5 with words ", and since January 1, 2014 - five deputy managers of Federal agency and ten managements on the main activities of Federal agency";

the paragraph one of Item 6 after the words "Russian centers of science and culture abroad" to add with words ", the Russian information cultural centers abroad, the Russian houses of science and culture abroad, the Russian cultural centers abroad and their departments";
