About modification of the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 26.09.2005 No. 557

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of September 26, 2005 No. 557 "About streamlining of payment terms of work and approval of schemes of job grades of employees of educational institutions, organizations of education and scientific institutions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 03, 2005 for No. 1130/11410 (with changes), such change:

the paragraph one of the note 1 to appendix 1 to the order to state in such edition:

"1. In 2013 official pay rates (tariff charges) are calculated proceeding from the size of official pay rate (tariff charge) of the worker of the first job grade since January 01 - 852 hryvnias.".

2. To heads of educational institutions, organizations of education and scientific institutions since January 01, 2013 in the staff list of organization to establish official pay rates (tariff charges) of workers respectively in such sizes:

1 job grade - 1147 hryvnias;

2 job grades - 1152 hryvnias;

3 job grades - 1162 hryvnias;

4 job grades - 1172 hryvnias;

5 job grades - 1182 hryvnias.

3. To provide to department of economy and financing (Danilenko S. V.) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is applied since January 01, 2013.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Dniprov O. S.
