2. The service of the state supervision of pharmaceutical activities of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform the business entities performing pharmaceutical activities based on the approved Rules and the List of control questions.

3. This Order to provide in accordance with the established procedure in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan for state registration.

4. This Order becomes effective after state registration and official publication.

5. This Order I assign supervision of execution to myself.
